Nisha’s Diabetic Kitchen – || Eggless Wheat & Oat Flour Pan cake | Easy Diabetic Breakfast Recipe ||

Ingredients

1/2 bowl wheat flour
1/2 bowl steel cut oats
1/2 tbsp flax powder
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp stevia ( purely optional)
Skimmed Milk ( optional)
Butter

Method

Blend steel cut oats
Blend half banana ( by adding water or milk )
In a big bowl mix wheat flour,oat flour, cardamom,stevia ( optional) and flax powder
Add pinch of baking soda, pinch of cinnamon ,banana slurry,little water/milk and make a smooth batter
( Pls do not add too much of soda else it will give a very raw taste and will spoil the pan cake )
Heat a pan,grease butter and start making pancakes
Plz do not spread batter like dosas else it wont taste good.
Serve hot pancakes with little butter ( Non diabetics can have this with maple syrup /honey/jam)
