You can containerized the batch and grab one to go for a healthy Keto On The Go.

Use a large cup cake pan with six cups
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees

9 high quality pasture raised eggs
6 slices of thick cut bacon
1 avocado
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp sun dried tomato
1/2 tsp grey french sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Serving size- 1 egg cup
