***Who Am I?***
I’m Rachelle, and I have prediabetes. I’m living like a diabetic to stave off full-blown diabetes. I believe we can reverse diabetes through diet and exercise, and to that end, my focus is low carb, low sugar, diabetic friendly food and diabetes education.
Because I realize one of the major complications of diabetes includes heart disease, I also promote vegetarian and vegan food, and stress reduction. I do eat meat, but I advocate for drastically cutting down on animal products.
